COMPETENCY EVALUATION SYSTEM

We provide planning and tracking of on-board trainings with our offline platform in ships which do not have internet access and that can be synchronized with online system. MANAGING TRAINING RECORDS

Some of the most common problems encountered by training managers are the identification, planning and follow-up of training needs. For this purpose, a module has been prepared which you can plan and follow up all the trainings at shore and onboard. With this system, you will have the chance to see all training and development process reports on one page. You will be able to follow the trainings on the ship with the name of the ship or you can see individual trainings as ship-shore online trainings on the single report page together with the evaluation results. You can transfer all training activities on your fleet from offline system to your online platform via synchronization.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT MODULE

Performance Management is certainly of great importance in the human resources development process. With our new module, you can manage this process easily. You can enroll a self-assessment to crew at the first step. After completion of the first step the manager evaluates the crew and defines training needs. Trainings can be assigned over the system after shore manager’s approval and requirements can be closed over the system. By this way you can track all the necessary steps from the first assessment to the performance evaluations before giving decisions about further progress like promotion.

CONTINUOUS PUBLICATIONS

You can follow the current developments closely with the maritime newspaper compiled from maritime websites on a daily basis. In addition to this you can share our monthly safety and health bulletin with your crew including new regulations, news from the industry, incident reports and health related topics in order to improve awareness and make them discuss these topics at the safety committee meetings.
