RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist to the Chief Operating Officer in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities as a part of Operation Department.
- Maintain communication with Chief Operating Officer, technical and training departments to ensure operations of the training platforms.
- Organize of setting up new company-specific corporate academies, arrange and test all modules & processes.
- Prepare training content if required.
- Manage our support services for the costumers’ requirements and feedbacks
- Organized all customer-based certificates and documents for customer success
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Preferably graduated from Maritime Faculty and have onboard experience as a deck or engine officer.
- Open to learn operational process of our LMS
- Good social and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Advance oral and written communication skills in English.
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications
- Have effectual planning ability and job monitoring/follow up skills
- Able to work and collaborate with team
PRACTICAL DETAILS
- Location: Kartal, Istanbul
- Start date: ASAP
- Work schedule: Full-Time, Remote mostly during Covid
