  • Evaluating and improving existing channel marketing strategies.
  • Developing new channel marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans.
  • Targeting specific channels to promote products and services, including pay-per-click advertising, social media platforms, emails, website contents, and SEO strategies.
  • Analyzing market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Determining which platforms to advertise on and adapting campaigns accordingly.
  • Gathering marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact of strategies, and reporting the results.
  • Deploying channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments.
  • Overseeing the marketing team and documenting processes.
  • Managing all marketing campaign communications and establishing strong partner networks.
  • Keeping track of and implementing the latest marketing technologies and techniques.
  • Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota
  • Developing and maintaining partner and prospective partner relationships through the use of CRM software
  • Negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners
  • Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop sales staff
  • Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship
  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
  • Utilise channel/partner mapping tools to identify and grow new channels/product opportunities
  • Analysis of industry trends (market, technology, Regional aspects) and innovations
  • Support effectiveness of sales organizations via strategic initiatives / projects
  • Strategic industry focused competitor analysis and definition on actions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.
  • Experience in business development and/or channel management
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
  • Experience in strategy and business development projects in varying industries with the ability to design, and manage all qualitative/quantitative aspects of project.
  • Problem solving abilities, especially for complex problems requiring cross functional expertise and skill sets i.e. finance, marketing, strategy, and operations
  • Solid experience in leading sizeable strategy and new business development efforts.
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills, persuasive with strong executive presence.
  • Proactive, decisive, action and results oriented.
  • Superior command of written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • International exposure in global structures for a few years is an asset.
